Privacy Policy

This is a plain-English summary written for an early beta. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. We'll replace it with a formal policy before a wide public launch.
What we collect
- Account info: your email and authentication details, handled by our auth provider (Supabase).
- Your activity: deals you save, searches and alert preferences you create, and verifications you submit.
- Usage analytics: events such as deal views, outbound clicks, and saves, stored in our internal event table so we can improve the Service.
- Billing: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We store a customer/subscription reference and plan status—not your full card number.
- Proof photos:if (and only if) photo uploads are enabled and you add one, the image is stored privately. Please don't include sensitive details on receipts (see below).
How we use it
To operate the Service: show relevant deals, run your saved searches and alerts, score and rank deals, process subscriptions, and understand aggregate usage. We don't sell your personal information.
Receipt & proof-photo warning
If you upload a proof image, do not include card numbers, full names, addresses, or other personal details—blur or crop them first. Proof images are stored in a private bucket and displayed only via short-lived signed links, never on a public URL. Photo uploads may be disabled during beta; when disabled, no images are collected.
Affiliate & sponsored
Some outbound links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission when you buy through them; this doesn't change your price. Deals labeled “Sponsored” are paid placements. When you click an outbound link we record the click for analytics and attribution.
Service providers
We rely on third parties to run the Service: Supabase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email/alerts), and our hosting provider. They process data only to provide their part of the Service.
Data accuracy reminder
Deal data are observed snapshots, not guaranteed live data. We distinguish system-observed from human-verifiedand show a “last seen” time on every deal. We do not guarantee a store will honor any price—always confirm in store.
Your choices
You can edit or delete saved deals, searches, and alert preferences from your dashboard, and manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. To request deletion of your account or data, contact the operator listed in the app.
